We would not have our 2nd home had it not been for Rose Madar. Her quick response in scheduling a home tour, and knowledge of the current market was the key. Since we live out of the area, Rose had to prepare all the documents and email for signatures. All questions were answered quickly and clearly. She also suggested strategic ways for making an offer, which worked to have our offer accepted. This is the 2nd time Rose has worked for us - once as a seller and now as a buyer. Without question, Rose is the prime example of a first-class professional! We initially wanted to try and sell our home on our own. In fact, we put the for-sale sign in the yard and had calls within hours. It was then we realized we had to schedule showings and figure out how to check potential buyers, plus all the other documentation.
